We, [illegible], Principal of the Susquehanna Valley Home and Industrial School for Orphan and Indigent Children, and [illegible], President of the Board of Trustees of said Institution, do hereby certify that there is no provision contained in the charter, by-laws or rules of said institution to the effect that the students, teachers, or trustees or voters who elect the trustees shall belong to any particular religious body. We further certify that no distinctively denominational tenet or doctrine is taught in the said institution.
We do further certify that under the terms of Rule 59 of the Rules of the Regents of the University of the State of New York the said institution is nonsectarian.
