It appearing that Common School District
Number ten, town of Bethlehem, County of Albany, has
been by due process of law organized as a Union Free
School District, inst.

NOW THEREFORE, Under and by virtue of Section
145 of the Education Law, I, the undersigned District
Superintendent of Schools of the First Supervisory
District of Albany County, comprising the towns of
Bethlehem, Coeymans and New Scotland, do hereby
ORDER that said school district be and the
same hereby is DESIGNATED as UNION FREE SCHOOL
DISTRICT NUMBER TEN of the town of Bethlehem, County
of Albany.

This order shall take effect immediately.
