The nominations for second trustee to serve the other two year term were as follows;
Mrs.Stoliker nominated A.Hagey,seconded by Mrs.LaGrange. Thos. Kerton nominated by Mrs.Ruduskey,seconded by Mrs.Grounds. Mr.Kerton declined. Frank Batchelder nominated by R.E.Grounds,declined. Mr. Vosburg nominated by W. Lentz,declined. Wm.Fuller nominated by J. Steavens,declined. Mr.Stoliker nominated by Mrs.Hunter,declined.
I.Klein hans declared the nominations closed with only one candidate Mr.Hagey, in the field. Mrs.Stoliker made a motion that one ballot be cast for Mr.Hagey which motion was seconded by W.Pangburn. Chair man,Vosburg cast one ballot for Mr.Hagey which elected him as trustee for a two (2) year term.
The nominations for trustee to serve the one year term were as follows;
F.Batchelder nominated F.Riley who declined. Frank Erhardt nominated E.Dott seconded by Al.Carter. E.Dott declined. Mrs.Slyck nominated Geo.Smith,seconded by F.Schaffer. Mrs.Phil lips nominated J.Shay,seconded by Mrs.Murphy. John Fisher nominated Mr.Phil lips who declined. Mrs.Stoliker nominated F.Gilmore,seconded by Mrs. LaGrange. F.Batchelder declared nominations closed with three men in the field, Geo.Smith, J.Shay and F.Gilmore. There were 185 1 blank ballot was cast votes cast, 99 for Smith, 46 for Gilmore and 40 for Shay/which result put Geo.Smith in office as trustee for a one (1) year term.
A motion was made by R.Ball that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by A.Makely at 1:15 A.M.
