I’ve been in this exact situation around the same time last year.

I ended up calling HESC directly after financial aid didn’t get back to me. Turned out that I was eligible for TAP, they were just waiting for Baruch to update their records. Everything was sorted out the day before school started.

It’s not you, Baruch administration just sucks.
