Any other form of communication I find to be useless. I spent a whole month emailing them the same problem I was having in a different way because they couldn’t seem to understand what my problem was. I ended up just contacting the bursars office and they worked directly with the financial aid office to solve my problem. I have not had one positive experience with them yet but in person seems to be the best way to deal with your issues.
