I definitely agree with comments to follow up with your financial aid office. State and federal student aid released updates regarding SAP in this situation.

State aid (TAP) made some updates regarding covid19 impacted students. I think colleges would need to do a manual override. When Iā€™m on my computer, I will try to locate the form that CUNY students are supposed to fill out if impacted by COVID19.
