Welcome to college. Nobody will be holding your hand throughout your classes. Many of us are paying for tuition out of pocket. It is extremely unlikely that your professor spent 40-60 minutes on his Biden presentation, but if he did, then I guess he covered all his points and won’t be doing it next class.

I once had an upper-level psychology professor spend 25 minutes rambling through a joke about mind reading aliens that had nothing to do with the course and we all just sat there listening to it because it was still class time. At least you can walk away from your computer if hearing about Biden is that distressing to you.
