There’s a lot going on there and I can’t address all of it.
BUT, CUNY is aware that some students are going through homelessness.
Do not let a professor give you a problem, you can always go above them. Do not let everything you invested into this semester get thrown away by giving up. It will be even harder to start over. Contact their departmental chairperson if they give you a problem, or contact a dean of students, that’s what those people are there for. Lots of profs make up rules that aren’t real, go above them as needed. Explain your situation.
Use the on campus facilities for studying space, laptop/computer loans, library, etc. You can spend most of a day on campus. You can check on your family when needed.
You might need to think about getting student housing as part of whatever system you have for your tuition. It obviously isn’t easy to move on from your family but you being taken care of will make it easier for them anyway. I assume you can’t do that until the Fall but it’s something to start looking at now. The application process already started too and it closes May 31 (waitlisted thereafter) http://www.hunter.cuny.edu/livingathunter
Your family obviously can’t use that housing, you may want to stay to help them. But getting your own personal situation as stable as it can be at the moment is important, from that you can work on other things.
This link lets you apply for emergency funding: https://ww3.hunter.cuny.edu/studentaffairs/view.php?id=16
This page has more campus based emergency support options, like food pantries, etc

You obviously need to look beyond the campus but the campuses themselves have some support options for students going through exactly what you are going through. Do not let this stop you from completing the semester. If you have to delay your senior year, it might come to that, but don’t let it mess up the remainder of this year.
Your campus will have counselors too that you can talk to. Don’t fall into despair and don’t give in to it. It sounds like your going through absolute shit. Use what you can go get through it. People have been able to get through this same sort of situation, it ends up being a bad time *that they can look back on* instead of the end of their world. Finish this semester, stay on campus as much as you need, use the campus resources, try to get housing set up for next Fall.
