A lot of people from college can’t seem to land jobs first out of the gate, I don’t think it’s a Baruch specific thing. Definitely depends on field, job market and location

Edit: people aren’t graduating in 1-4 years and a lot can change, for the better or worse, stay on your path and keep improving
