So how refunds go for classes you dropped is you’re supposed to drop the class before the refund deadline for your school’s calender. Idk what SPH’s calendar is but if you did indeed drop it before the deadline. Then the refund wil come as soon as your whole Financial aid package is disbursed. It’s different times for all schools but for CUNY I think it comes in around late February-mid March (around this time).
If you still didn’t get it you can Check CUNYFirst and click on Financial Account then go to “Payment History” to look at any leftover payments that were made to you. Any amount in Financial Aid you see, click on it and it should say something like “amount disbursed to school” and then “Refund amount” below it (if you are supposed to get a refund after FA). If you don’t see anything on CUNY First and you know your whole Financial Aid package came out and you owe nothing on your account, you can print out that page and take it to Bursar to tell them what’s going on.
