fafsa has been delayed this year cuz of the new changes, they usually look at css profile for institutional aid which means ur scholarship while fafsa gives u loans, pell grant and work study. the nyu promise is for those making under 100k with typical assets which means a home you live in of reasonable value and a car etc. if you have more than typical assets ur not eligible for the nyu promise
