Lol no. Adding to your shopping cart just means you’re pre-selecting your schedule, so when your enrollment appointment comes, you can just click “get this schedule” instead of having to search for all your classes again.

Keep in mind that your enrollment appointment is not a real appointment in the traditional sense. It’s just a time that you’re allowed to start enrolling. You can enroll or change your schedule all the way up until a couple days after the start of the semester.
