Honest opinion, probably the administration. Although most schools don’t have amazing admin teams, CCNY has below average admins in my opinion. You get the run around a lot and most people don’t seem qualified/ experienced and you’re basically stuck waiting to be passed on to the more senior people. 🤷‍♂️ I could be wrong
