If you’re out of TAP, you won’t be able to use Excelsior, unfortunately. They use the same pool to determine if you have eligibility. However, if you are acknowledged by your school as an American with disabilities (ADA), they can help you get more TAP assistance. Talk to your academic advisor and accessibility department to put together the paperwork for that.
