So, SEEK is a program at CUNY where you are technically a student at the college, but only through this program. Meaning, you get a higher aid compared to other college students. It’s a really good program and consider attending the school without rejecting the SEEK program.
The SEEK program offers free tutoring, advisors and counselors without an additional cost. Some schools like QC offers Additional financial aid + stipend for books & travel. So, the Lehman might offer the same. There are more upsides then downsides.
The downfall, you have to take extra classes in their program and meet an advisor before you enroll every semester until you graduate. The program gives minorities a chance at college
