Had the same problem so I’m going to insert the response the financial aid services gave me:

“Thank you for contacting Baruch College-Financial Aid Services (FAS):

We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this issue. Your account was provided with the FAP indicator. The “Financial Aid Pending (FAP)” indicator (is not a hold) in your CUNYfirst account means that your 2025-2026 FAFSA has loaded into your Baruch record; the FAP indicator protects your Summer 2025 classes from cancellation.”
