Weird guys at the NAC Library

I know it is early in the semester but has anyone seen some weird guys at the Nac Library late into the day? I had a guy offer me to rub my feet and take a video of him doing it because he said it helps with spirituality, and he seemed surprised I said no and tried to press it on me. The crazier thing is, he has a YouTube channel (I have to find the link) with a bunch of videos I guess of girls who said yes. Then there’s this other guy who asks for chairs and stacks them next to his room. I told him I needed the chair later and he got angry and tried to argue with me, saying he needed 8 chairs for something even though he was alone?? Has anyone else experienced something like this?
