Professor thinks I used AI..

My ANTH 200 professor returned my 2nd essay back today with no grade and said to see him. He told me that there were no typos, that it was professionally written and that it was weird I didn’t cite the same versions of the text he posted on Brightspace. I was telling him that I use a proofreader tool on Google docs, that I also run my essays through Grammarly. Plus I use citation machine to generate my bibliographies/references. He’s saying that I used AI and that I shouldn’t be using Grammarly or citation machine for my essays. If I messed up the citations, I get it. But how do I prove to him that I spent an entire day writing the paper myself? He gave me an A for my last paper and I’ve never used AI to write an essay for me in my life. I honestly don’t know what to do. He’s saying he will read it over and decide what to do next. I’m so stressed that I’m considering withdrawing for a W grade, but what if he sees that as an admission of guilt and he tries to come after me saying that I’m violating academic integrity? He genuinely seems like the type of person who would do that. I hate it here…
