Trapped in elevator

Got on the express elevator thats second from the right when youre facing them at around 11:55 am (not exact) from the 11th floor. When we got down to the 2nd floor, only one person was able to get off before the elevator doors closed on us but that person tripped on their way out since the elevator stopped below the floor level. We were stuck in there for a few minutes before someone came to let us out. Went back later in the day around 4 and saw that the elevator wasn’t blocked off? We already have 3/6 elevators under maintenance and baruch didn’t block off the elevator that trapped us. Lines for the express and local elevators are already mad long and there’s been huge jams at the escalators ever since baruch switched the directions. Ppl cannot get off the escalators after classes cause there’s no room for them to walk out.
