Paying for College except we’re really broke

This doesn’t seem like a lot to many people. But for me and my family’s situation this is way to much at such an inconvenient time. I don’t know what to do and how to pay without it being a burden. Ive applied to so many scholarships but just cause we make a couple thousands over 100k the government and scholarships assume that we’re financially stable. Mind you theres eight people living in my house. Im so stressed about what to do and I don’t want to take out a loan. FAFSA gave me 500 and TAP doesn’t even think I’m a US Citizen. Please help me out. Ive already applied for work study.
