August 2017, TAP is not working, delay and uncertainty (new students unite)

The goal of this thread is to create a communication channel for people who are newly enrolled and transferred to Brooklyn College and other colleges in 2017. TAP (tuition assistance program) is currently not working, “the system is down for a week” I was told at the office.
