I just want to rant here. I DON’T GIVE A FUCK ABOUT YOUR STUPID POWER OUTAGE. Classes start in TWO FUCKING DAYS and I can’t sign up for any of my fucking classses on Google Classroom because I can’t access my CAMS email. I set up my cams account and the fucking email isn’t showing up. I call the IT help desk 5 TIMES, NO ONE FUCKING PICKS UP. I go on the live chat 3 times, I GET DISCONNECTED AGAIN AS WELL.
I can’t even fucking reset my password because the dumbass IT people at QC block those user privleges. So you won’t pick up my phone, respond to my email, but you won’t let me configure or set up shit on my end either? What the absolute fuck, QC?
I have a hold on my financial aid because of that dumbass verification for FAFSA. I uploaded the Verification Worksheet as PDF to Cunyfirst and had some emergency questions (so you know, my fucking aid doesn’t get cancelled and I don’t have to pay $3500 out of my fucking pocket or I can’t sign up for classes). Again, I DON’T GIVE A FUCK ABOUT YOUR POWER OUTAGE. Don’t tell me I have to wait A WEEK to get a fucking EMAIL response. Do you have like 3 people working there? How can it be so hard to literally respond to a fucking email query?
Fucking come on QC. I am a transfer student and the semester starts in two fucking days, you cannot expect to operate at these (not even sub standard) sub standard shoddy fucking level. This is ridiculous.
