Falsely accused of cheating

Throwaway for personal reasons.I have been falsely accused for cheating during an exam. The professor now has used homework examples and a question on the test itself to accuse me and one of my friends for cheating during the exam. He is filing a Faculty Action Report and I was just wondering how I will go about appealing it.

This is so damn annoying and frankly speaking stressing me out.The fact that I can get kicked out for a false accusation is so obnoxious.

Edit : CAKE AND COOKIES FOR EVERYONE~ My own professor decided to check the entirety of our exams. He decided that none of us cheated. “False positive” as he said. Thank you all for the dms and comments. This helped my mental immensely.

Probably going to delete my account, not sure.
