Question for CS Major alumni

If you graduate without an internship how screwed are you in finding a job right now? About to start senior year and I’ve had trouble getting an internship but Ive been getting work as a cs tutor for rfcuny and working another part time job. Any idea how tough it will be to get a job without one and just leaning on personal projects and leetcode/hackerrank? Also, how much help is the career and services center really going to help me with my resume and such? Since all offices seem to be very disorganized for most majors im worried it will be bad.
